Please provide your ARAG Member ID or MetLife Eligibility Number and any case numbers that you were provided. If you don't have those numbers, kindly call your insurance provider and they'll be happy to assist you!
Booking Policy
We ask that you kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least the day before your scheduled appointment. As well, please note that if we are planning for a couple, both partners must be available at the meeting and that questionnaires must be submitted 48 hours in advance. Thank you!
