Estate Plan Design Meeting

Service Description

This meeting with a Skyward Trusts attorney is the next step after your Introductory Meeting. Before the meeting, we will prepare an initial draft of your estate-planning documents based on the information and decisions you provided in your questionnaire and confirmed during your Introductory Meeting. During the Design Meeting, your attorney will: * Review and confirm the important decisions in your estate plan * Answer legal questions identified during your Introductory Meeting * Discuss any decisions that still need to be made * Review the structure of your estate plan with you * Identify any changes that should be made before your documents are finalized After the meeting, we will incorporate any necessary changes and move your estate plan toward completion. Please note: This meeting is available only after we have received your signed Legal Services Agreement. If we requested documents or information during your Introductory Meeting, please provide them as soon as possible so they are available for your attorney to review.
