Service Description
Give your young adult the legal tools they need—and give yourself peace of mind. Our Powers of Attorney for Young Adults package includes essential legal documents that allow trusted people to help with financial, medical, and other important decisions if your young adult is unable to act or communicate for themselves. It’s a simple but important step once a child turns 18 and parents no longer automatically have legal authority to step in. There is a $150 fee for this service, which is required to reserve your appointment time and ensures dedicated time for your consultation. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments missed or canceled on shorter notice may result in forfeiture of the fee.
Booking Policy
We ask that you kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least the day before your scheduled appointment. As well, please note that if we are planning for a couple, both partners must be available at the meeting and that questionnaires must be submitted 3 business days in advance. Thank you!
