Service Description
This service is for those looking to get their estate plan squared away same day! Start with a 90-minute morning online design session, and receive downloadable documents of your full plan ready for signatures by the end of business that same day. All plans include a Revocable Living Trust, Last Will & Testament, Guardian Nomination (if applicable), Durable Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, and Final Disposition Instructions. Deeds and assignments of business interests can be added on. Individual Plan: $1500 Joint Plan: $2000 Add ons: Deed: $500 (does not include recording fees) Assignment: $150 Asset Protection for Spouse or Children: $1000 Standalone Special Needs Trust: $1000 (This service is not eligible for ARAG or MetLife.)
Booking Policy
Our Same Day Trust service makes it easy to complete your estate plan in just one appointment. If you’ve chosen to create a joint trust, both parties will need to attend the meeting so everything can be reviewed and approved together. Once your documents are complete, we will send an online invoice for the trust service and any add-ons you selected during the meeting. Upon payment being received, your completed documents will be promptly released to you.
