Service Description

This meeting is the first step in putting your estate plan into effect. During your signing appointment, we’ll provide you with your completed estate planning binder, guide you through signing your documents, and notarize those that require notarization. We’ll ensure everything is properly executed so your estate plan is legally effective, and you’ll leave with your completed binder ready to take home. This appointment is for clients who have already completed the drafting process for either an Individual Trust Plan or a Joint Trust Plan. The meeting typically takes 30 minutes and is conducted at our San Rafael office unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that this meeting is for the execution of your completed documents. If you wish to make substantive changes to your estate plan before signing, please contact our office so we can update your documents prior to your appointment.
